Leo Rotenberg has been a California-licensed attorney since 2016 and is admitted to practice law in all California courts and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Rotenberg worked in the real estate, property management and mortgage industries since 2003. His extensive, hands-on, experience gives him a unique perspective on the ever-evolving field of real estate law, and its interdependence with emerging market trends. His primary areas of practice are: Real Estate Property Damage, Landlord/Tenant law, Residential and Commercial Contracts and Disputes, Building/Land Use and Compliance, HOA disputes, Foreclosures, Short Sales and Loan Modifications. Mr. Rotenberg received his BA in Business Economics from UCLA, and JD from Southwestern University School of Law, and is also a California DRE and NMLS Licensee. In his free time, Mr. Rotenberg enjoys hiking, swimming, dancing, travelling, and spending time with his family.
