Leo was incredibly helpful in assisting me with getting my son out of a terrible lease situation at an
apartment near the University of Southern California. In fact, I believe that college students and their
leases are one of his specialities. Leo was patient and really knows the laws in the city of Los Angeles.
When the management agent wasn't responding to Leo's phone calls, he even found out the location of their
offices and stopped in to speak to them directly.
Leo was very generous with his time and hung in there with us to come to an acceptable resolution after
months of stalling by the landlord.
I am an attorney myself (in another state) but was very happy to enlist the expertise of Leo in the Los
